PTFE STOPCOCKS

NACOM'S PTFE STOPCOCK is a  precision machinedvalve that in many ways relates to the function of a ball valve. When the handle points in the direction of the flow the valve is fully open.When the handle  points perpendicular to the direction of the flow the valve is off, At a 45 degree position the valve is half open thereby has a metering effect.

The bore of the body is high speed polished and the stem is also high speed polished .  The glass type finish gives you a perfect seal.  The stem must have a .010 press fit  to allow the valve to work leak free. NACOM incorporates a .005 raised blip on the top of stem and the bottom of stem that provides a secondary seal and prevents fluid from leaking from the top of body or bottom.  NACOM'S PTFE STOPCOCKS ARE THE VERY BEST IN QUALITY.

Sizes start at 1/16 inch dia going up to 1/2 inch diameter. Port connection types can be FNPT, TUBE or FLARED Configurations include 2 way , 3 way, or 4 way 

NACOM'S PTFE STOPCOCKS can be ordered with a panel mount version.  Panel mount allows you to mount valve onto a panel. Simply remove handle , remove panel mount nut Insert valve into panel until it can go in any further, reinstall panel nut then reinstall handle

To order panel mount simply add " P" to end of part number . Example NA SC 500P

NACOMS PTFE STOPCOCKS are non panel mount as a standard 

When ordering do not put a P to the end of part number  Example NA SC 500

NACOM'S 3 WAY PTFE STOPCOCKS  are standard L FLOW with 3 way stopcocks.  THIS ONLY APPLIES TO 3 WAY.  T FLOW is available  . it must be mentioned upon ordering.  To have valve with a T Flow you must indicate in part number NA SC701T
