NACOM'S 500 and 600 SERIES PTFE DISPENSE GUNS

NACOM'S STANDARD DISPENSE GUNS use the same bodies that we use for our PTFE SPRAY GUNS. Guns are equipped  with the long dispense/pour snout extending from the spray head.  By inserting the snout  inside the neck of the bottle  splashing is minimized. 

We offer guns in both 500 series and 600 series that are equipped with polypropylene internal parts  and a viton oring seal .However when dispensing harsh chemicals we recommend upgrading the polypropylene parts with pvdf parts and use kalrez in stead of viton, consult factory for price for upgrade.

NACOM also offers custom dispense nozzles.  We now offer a nozze with a larger diameter snout where you get 2 different nozzle tips that thread into snout. The tips have .060 and .090 dia and are used for removing paints and other coverings.  the pressure going thru the gun and out the nozzle creates enough pressure that removes the material off of surface.
